Thibaut Cambuzat is specialised in stock exchange law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate issues.
He advises issuers, banks and investment funds on capital market issues (mainly equity and equity-linked issues) and on mergers and acquisitions issues. He also advises issuers on corporate governance matters and regulated information issues.
After having worked for three years in a trading floor of IXIS Corporate and Investment Bank, Thibaut joined Brandford Griffith & Associés as a lawyer and then spent nine years with Clifford Chance.
He was recently involved in the public tender offer of Mannai Corporation on GFI Informatique and the public tender offer of Randstad on Ausy.
Thibaut Cambuzat holds a degree from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (banking and financial law) and the University of Tours (international business). He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006.
